Turn Every Delivery Into a Reward

Pos Rewards is a loyalty points program, designed to reward our Contract Customers for when they ship parcels and make payment for invoices with Pos Malaysia.

The program is open to our contract customers, EXCEPT e-commerce platforms, government entities, financial institutions (banks/insurance), agents and Aggregators. Eligibility is also exclusive to Master Accounts only.

Step 1: Kindly check if you are the Master Account holder (as Sub Accounts can't access Pos Rewards).

Step 2: If you are a Master Account holder, but still can't see Pos Rewards on SendParcel Pro, then kindly inform Customer Service team of this issue and provide them with your Account ID, company Industry and Business Type.

After 2 weeks, if the customer is Eligible, it will be auto updated on SendParcel Pro and the customer can see Pos Rewards.

Eligible customers must click the "Join Now" button to register, which can be done directly through SendParcel Pro (SPP).

You earn 1 point for every RM1 paid to Pos Malaysia when you pay for your invoices.

Points are issued in 2 working days once we receive your payment.

For redemption purposes, 100 points are equal to RM1.

You can use your points to redeem a variety of items from our Rewards Catalogue.

Yes, points expire on a 12-month rolling basis, meaning each point is valid for 12 months from the date it was earned. Additionally, if your account remains inactive (no shipments) for 6 consecutive months, your points balance will revert to zero.

Only Master Accounts have the authority to view the rewards catalogue and redeem points.

Unfortunately, no, however we'll ensure that there will be redeemable items at various pricing tiers.

Unfortunately, no. Once redeemed, the reward can't be reversed. Kindly ensure you've selected the correct item before redeeming it.

The warranties are subject to our partners that we purchase from. Upon receiving the item, you may contact the brand that supplied it to check warranty eligibility.

You may deactivate your Pos Rewards account by sending an email to posrewards@pos.com.my, including your Account ID and the reason for deactivation.

Please note that once your account has been deactivated, if you choose to reactivate it in the future, your accumulated points will not be retained and will be reset to zero.
