Pos Daftar
- Pos Daftar have designated Prefix for Track & trace purposes as a Proof of delivery.
- Solution item below 2kg.
- Compensation up to RM92 or value of item (whichever lower).
- Retour service of item to sender for Uncollected / Unclaimed Item.
- Any Complaint and/or claim for any damaged or lost Pos Daftar item to Pos Malaysia should be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of receiver receive the item.
- Any inquiry of Pos Daftar item should be submitted by sender within the period of three
(3) months from the date of posting date. - Pos Malaysia reserves the right not to entertain any claim from you if there is no complaint lodged by you with Pos Malaysia or the authorised representative at the country of destination (as relevant) in accordance with the conditions as stipulated in Pos Malaysia’s website at www.pos.com.my or the website of the authorised representative at the country of destination.
