Over RM200,000 worth of prizes are up for grabs!

This contest is a collaboration between Pos Malaysia Berhad ("the Organiser") and Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("PayNet") to reward customers who make cashless payments at Pos Malaysia.
Payments must be made using ATM MyDebit cards, or DuitNow QR with a minimum amount of RM100.

This Contest will run from 27 July 2026 to 31 October 2026 (3 months).

This contest is open to all customers who meet the following criteria:

• Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above;
• Permanent residents in Malaysia with a valid MyKad;
• Hold an active bank account with MyDebit card / access to DuitNow QR;
• Have a valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Make an eligible transaction of RM100 and above using cashless payment methods during the contest period;
• Excludes Pos Malaysia Senior Leadership grade and above, employees (permanent or contract) of PayNet, and parties involved in the management of the contest, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).

The Pos Malaysia outlets ("Pos outlets") involved are as follows:

• Post Offices
• Pos Laju Outlets
• Pos Laju Service Centres
• Pos Laju Kiosks
• Pos-On-Wheels
• Pos Automated Machine
• Pos Malaysia Online Platform (Easy Car & Motorcycle Insurance Renewal Online | Pos Malaysia)

The eligible products or services include:

• Insurance / Takaful
• Parcel / mail delivery
• Bill payments such as water, electricity, internet, and postpaid
• Road Tax & Driving License renewals
• ASNB deposits (withdrawals are not eligible for contest entry)
• Will writing / Estate planning (MyAngkasa)
• Kit Kifayah

Each cashless transaction of RM100 and above qualifies for contest entries. One (1) receipt shall be entitled to one (1) Contest entry only.

There are three (3) ways to participate in the Contest, EITHER through:

1. Pos Malaysia Counters: Participation is automatic when you complete an eligible transaction and provide the required information to the counter staff.
2. Pos Automated Machine (PAM): Complete an eligible transaction, scan the QR code displayed on the PAM screen, and complete the participation form.
3. Online: Participation is automatic when you complete an eligible transaction through Pos Malaysia's online platform (Easy Car & Motorcycle Insurance Renewal Online | Pos Malaysia).

Campaign Mechanism:

• Spend RM100 and above → 1 automatic entry
• BONUS! International Delivery/Mailing Services only with a transaction value of RM150 and above → 3 entries (1 standard entry + 2 bonus entries)
• BONUS! Motor Insurance only with a transaction value of RM500 and above → 7 entries (1 standard entry + 6 bonus entries)

Grand Prize
6x Free Utility Bills for One (1) Year RM21,000 (capped at RM1,750 per month)

Monthly Prize
50 x RM350 Cash Voucher

Consolation Prize
60 x RM150 Cash Voucher

Yes. Participants are required to keep their payment receipt as proof of transaction for entry verification and prize redemption purposes (if applicable). A sample receipt is shown below:

Winners will be selected randomly from all valid and complete entries. The organiser will contact winners via the mobile number or email provided during submission:

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to provide complete and accurate information, does not answer the contest verification question, or fails to provide the original receipt as proof of transaction.

Failure to respond within three (3) days after being contacted may result in disqualification. The organiser will not be held responsible if the winner cannot be reached for any reason.

The organiser's decision is final.

Weekly and Monthly winners: Announced progressively each month.
Grand Prize winner: Announced after the contest ends.

Winners will be listed on Pos Malaysia's official social media and the PrizeHunt portal.

The organiser will contact the winners via phone or email for prize redemption verification. Winners must confirm their details and provide the original receipt.

No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form unless stated otherwise by the organiser.
