E-Learning Platforms (Docebo) & Mobile Learning
E-Learning platforms deliver online courses accessible anytime, anywhere on any device. With interactive features, they promote on-the-go learning and encourage continuous learning habits.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Training
Pos Malaysia has implemented a mandatory Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Basic e-Learning module for all employees and subsidiaries that covers topics on bribery, corruption, types, implications and preventive measures. Upon passing the assessment, the participant will have integrity pledge to uphold ethical business practices. All new employees are required to complete the module during their onboarding period.
Data Analytics and Insights
Leveraging data analytics tools to assess training effectiveness, learner performance and engagement. This allows the training division to identify improvements, personalize learning and measure the impact on employee development and business outcomes.
Women Leadership
Develop opportunities for our female talents across all levels of the Group. Pos Malaysia's female supervisory roles currently comprise 42%, with a target of 45% by the end of FY2024.
