Dimensions and Weight

• Minimum Dimension: 300mm (L) x 220mm (W) x 2mm (H).
• Maximum Size: Maximum length: 1.8m (L). A surcharge applies if any side of the item exceeds 1.2m.
• Volumetric Weight Formula: L x W x H cm/5000.

Important Guidelines:

All items sent via International Redly Express should be clearly and truthfully declared in respect of content and value.

• Parcels must include a commercial invoice or pro-forma invoice.
• Food items may not be acceptable at certain destinations.
• Shipments containing food (including health supplements or additives) to the USA require a Prior Notice Confirmation Number from the FDA via www.access.fda.gov.
• Refer to the UPU List of Prohibited Articles or check with customs or postal authorities for updates.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees

• To prevent unexpected charges, confirm any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees with the destination country's consulate or relevant authority before shipping.
