Pos Malaysia offers both Pos Service Warranty and Pos Laju Takaful insurance for international mail. Coverage includes protection against fire, flood, loss, and damage during transit with various coverage levels available.

How much does Pos Service Warranty cost?

The warranty costs 1% of the declared value of the item for general items. Excluded items are not eligible for warranty coverage.

What is the maximum coverage amount?

The maximum coverage is RM5,000 per item, whichever is lower between the declared value or repair cost.
