Please be informed that, effective 28 February 2026, international mail and parcel services to several destinations across Middle East and parts of Europe are currently impacted due to the following:
1. Airspace Restrictions & Flight Disruptions in the Middle East and Other Affected Regions
Airspace limitations and widespread flight cancellations across parts of the Middle East and selected international routes have disrupted mail and parcel conveyance. This may result in delays or temporary service interruptions for shipments to and from affected destinations.
1. Temporary Suspension of International Postal Operations in Certain Countries
International mail and parcels services to several destinations have been temporarily suspended due to operational constraints beyond our control.
We are actively monitoring the situation with our airline and postal partners and will restore normal service as soon as operations stabilise.
