Introduction of Franking Handling Fee

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that Pos Malaysia will be introducing a Franking Handling Fee effective 1 May 2026.

The Franking Handling Fee will apply to franked mail postings of 1,000 items or more per permit, submitted at our Business Mail Centre (BMC) and General Post Office (GPO).
